CASH Metis Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) was founded in 2018 and is currently owned by four Metis locals in Saskatchewan. This includes Carrot River, Archerwill, Sturgis, and Hudson Bay.
Allan Construction is a locally owned and operated General Contracting firm, specializing in all aspects of Civil, Industrial and Commercial projects.

Allan-CASH Construction JV has seen continued and steady growth in the Saskatchewan Construction sector with strong support from our clients. Over the last 2 years the JV has completed or is currently working for BHP Billiton at the Jansen mine project, SKPower at E.B. Campbell, and Burns & McDonnell performing an early works contract at the Great Plains Power Facility in Moose Jaw.
Our work on these projects has varied from extensive concrete rehabilitation at E.B. Campbell to the development of laydown areas, roads, culverts and drainage ponds for BHP and Burns & McDonnell.
